|Recommended: YesFIrst day the environment is peaceful. — Compared to my last apartment in Houston, this building has been quieter and more peaceful since I moved in today. Plus, with my asthma, there are no people smoking weed. The staff was very welcoming, and the leasing area is student-friendly, which is a plus.

They're very inclusive, and welcoming, not to mention it is GREAT for if you're a student living at Sam Houston since the school is right there

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — I love it so far however when we first arrived, we found a lot wrong with the place. It's not something first glance but one we looked at doors and cabinets it was evident there was damage from prior residents which I feel should have been replaced before our arrival. I appreciate the staff's hospitality and excitement for us to be there After a little home decor, organizing and unpacking it looks great The couches have specks of paint from painting the walls, so I recommend painting the walls back when furniture is out of the way Besides that, we have loved it so far.
