|Recommended: YesDirty at move in — This apartment was very dirty upon the move in of Juanita room C . She had to mop the floors three seperate times, and there is still dirt coming up. The cabinet doors are gross in the kitchen. The previous tenants left behind silverware, dishes, so much trash, and food in the fridge. The oven and dishwasher are fithy, and so was the fridge and washer dryer. We have done so much collective cleaning, that should not have been necessary. There was so much other trash left behind, that we had to throw out. I would have expected a clean apartment on move in. I anticipated some cleaning, but not as much as we had to do.
|Recommended: YesThe Republic Apartment — The apartment itself is a nice complex. The grounds are organized and the noise is minimal so far, parking is easy to find. The staff is understanding and friendly. I only have complaints with the tenants that lived in my room beforehand.

|Recommended: NoDirty apartment and inspection report does not save or submit when pictures are added and deletes itself multiple times — The cleaning company didn’t do their job cleaning our apartment spots everywhere, was not vacuumed either, the floors look like they have cleaner thrown and left on them, the balcony has glass on it and dirty spots. i can’t even submit pictures of it because the inspection report will not allow me to submit or save. I don’t know if the resident port or the wifi is crashing or lagging while i’m trying to submit my report but i have a screen recording of it not working. Also within arrival my bedroom door lock had to be changed because I was not given the correct key and the master cut key did not work and i was locked out of my bedroom. The maintenance staff had to change my door look and my roommates as well.

|Recommended: No9302-D — my bedroom light doesn’t work, there are stains in the carpet, our living room light doesn’t work not the hallway light, the pantry carpet is disgustingly dirty and a work order was placed months ago, the room next to me has a broken trim on the window and i cant lift the blinds on my mail bedroom window

|Recommended: YesMy personal experience — When I moved in early I expected for the apartment to be move in ready since I did pay a convenience fee for it be so. However when I walked in there were a lot of issues that I have put on the inspection and discussed with the leasing manager. However there are still some issues I would like to address as well in the inspection.
